Lightbox not appearing

Hello,
I cannot get the lightbox to show up with the photo size selections, when you hit the “cart” icon on each picture. The photo just opens in a separate window. I made sure I had the appropriate hooks in the header and footer in my custom theme. I have also tried to disable my plugins to see if that is the problem. Here is my gallery.
