    Hi,

Thank you for opening a topic. Can you send me the url to your website so i can check it out and see what causes the issue?

In the meantime, you can check the following:

    – The close button is a link element. Sometimes other plugins (advertisement, link plugins ,etc) can interfer with this.

    – Make sure that the website has a HTML5 doctype. Sometimes, unplanned browser behaviour can occur due to doctype interpretation. Make sure header.php in your themes directory starts with:
    <!DOCTYPE html>

    Hi,

I am having the same problem. I have the Responsive Lightbox plugin on my site, and it works well (it is exactly what I want!).

    https://www.clairestrickland.com/index.php/folio/

But when the user clicks on the ‘x’ button to close the image the url leads to:

    https://www.clairestrickland.com/index.php/folio/undefined

and this is the same for all images anywhere on the site displaying through the Responsive Lightbox. Eg. the image on the home page opens in a pop up image when you click on it, but then leads to the ‘undefined’ wordpress page when the user clicks on the ‘x’.

I have very few plugins that are running on my site – askimet, hello dolly, and a google analytics one.

My theme is twentytwelve with a few tweaks made by me through a child theme. I have tried activating the original twentytwelve theme, and the issue is still there.

Sorry, ignore me! I have come through to the wrong support forum. I actually need to contact the developers of ‘Responsive Lightbox’. But I do have the same problem.
