Lightbox issue weird 404 error

    I used NextGEN gallery in development site on localhost and after moving to live server lightbox stopped working.
    The solutions I’ve found recommended to edit configuration and replace the broken paths to lightbox script manually. However, I’ve tried that and I’m getting an error.
    Error: 404
    Path: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=ngg_other_options
    I don’t use any plugins except Akismet and NextGEN, and a latest version of WP.

    @lmitana – Some migration issues (which you appear to be experiencing) require more than just adjusting those paths. Please submit a Bug Report (https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) so we can get a closer look. You may just need to use our “Reset Tool” plugin to sort out the database entries that are saved at the initial activation of the plugin.

    After applying the Reset plugin, it works.

    @lmitana – Thanks for the follow-up response … and we will most likely be looking at including the Reset Tool plugin’s base functionality with a future release of NextGEN Gallery.

    You do need to fill a bug report on their site, they send it to you then.
