Lightbox issue

Lightbox images are now protected against downloading by means of the right mouse button.
This is documented in the Readme.txt file.

If you want to enable image download, do it the way it is intented:

Table VI-C1: Download link: select Image file or Zipped image
Table VI-C1.1 Tick it if you want the highest available resolution for download.
Table VI-C1.2 Select Button or Text link
Table VI-C1.4 Tick this box for lightbox
Table II-G Tick the boxes to show the name (like 3: Overlay slide name) on the lines where the lightbox link comes from. The name must be displayed to get the download link to show up.

The downloaded file will have the name of the original file; no longer 123.jpg etc.
