Lightbox is needed to click x buttons twice to close

    Hi,

    On the computer vision of my website, the lightbox is needed to click x button twice to close it. This is quite annoying. The lightbox should be closed after pressing x button, yet another x button appears after pressing one. Thus a user needs to press x button twice if he/she wants to open up another lightbox. This could discourage the user to open up another lightbox. Please let me know the solution for this issue. Thank you.

    Your issue is that there are either two lightbox plugins active or one is included in your theme.

    The first window you close is the WP Featherlight plugin, but the other one remains.

    Please try switching to a default theme, like TwentyTwenty and deactivating all plugins except for WP Featherlight and let us know if you still have the issue. If the issue goes away, then it’s being caused by your theme or another plugin you have active.
