Lightbox doesn’t work on updating results

    Hi!
    It’s a great plugin, but there is an issue in thumbnail listing.
    The lightbox for image doesn’t work when you will choose any subcategories on sideboard filters and update the results. A bigger image is open in whole window instead in the lightbox.
    I’m using the premium option and I have downloaded the newest version (4.2.10) but there is no change.
    Been waiting for any help.

    Hi Greg,

    It seems like, you have third party lightbox enabled in your system. Can you makes sure you are using/activated only Ultimate lightbox please?

    Hi!
    I turned off third party lightboxes. Then I downloaded and activated Ultimate Lightbox, matched it for all images – but it looks like it doesn’t working. Every bigger image is open in whole window instead in the lightbox.
    Would be great if you could just tell me which code is responsible for the filtering results. I will adapt it for myself.

    We just visited your catalogue and it looks like you still have another lightbox active on your main catalogue page. As soon as we click on a product thumbnail, it shows an image in a lightbox that doesn’t look anything like our lightbox.
    If you have deactivated all other plugins, check your theme options.It could have a built in lightbox.

    Hi!
    I turned off third party ligtboxes 4 days ago. Yesterday I turned it on again because I’m still looking for solution by myself. As I wrote before, it’s a problem with a product thumbnail’s lightbox on updating UPCP listing (not primary listing). I will be great, if you give me a part of code which is responsible for the listing of filtered results.

    Hi Greg,

    There’s a lot of code that is responsible for making the filtering work. Since we don’t know what the cause of the issue is on your end, we don’t know what code you’d have to change. The code you’re looking for is likely either in the “Process_Ajax.php” file in the “Functions” folder or the “upcp-jquery-functions.js” file in the “js” folder.

    I’ve thought so. I checked every line in those 2 files before, but I found nothing usefull for my issue. Anyway, I will check it again. Wish me luck!
