Hi, it appears that cURL is not enabled and/or activated for your production site. Please see SLB’s documentation for more information cURL support.

Please let me know if you are still experiencing an issue once cURL is configured as per the above link and I would be glad to take another look.

Also, your site is loading an outdated version of jQuery. While this is not currently causing an issue, SLB is designed to work with the version of jQuery officially included with WordPress, so using an outdated version may cause an issue in a future update. that is weird, because stage.internationaldownhillfederation.org is the same server as the live domain… and since it works on stage… I thought they are configured the same.

This can really depend on your hosting service provider. Configuration can differ on a per-account basis, and changes made by the hosting provider may affect one account and not another even if they are on the same server.
