I think this bug was fixed in a recent commit to the plugin that hasn’t been released yet. You can see the original issue here: https://github.com/davelester/WPBadger/issues/33

If you’re feeling brave, you can visit the the WPBadger github page https://github.com/davelester/WPBadger, click downloads, and install the latest unreleased version.

Thanks Dave. I downloaded the master. When I activated it I got an error saying the plugin did not have a valid header. I deleted a space right after the header info and a space at the bottom of the file in wpbadger.php and fixed that (not sure which one was the culprit, but I took a blind stab).

Now the lightbox comes up and I’m prompted to log into persona, but when I get to the next space once my username is authenticated I get an error that the backpack has encountered a malformed URL.

    Thoughts?

    I’m having the same problem.
No lightbox. Same URLs on both links.
Downloaded the master from GitHub without success…
    Any ideas?
I’d love to have that working… This plugin is a great idea!

I’ve installed a fresh new wordpress site just for issuing badges (and to make sure there wasn’t any conflicting plugins) but it’s still not working.
I can’t get a lightbox to show up on the ‘accept’ link…
I feel like I’m missing something in the process…
Do I need to connect my site to openbadges.org somehow?
    Any ideas?
    Thanks
