Lightbox display problem

    Hi there,
    thanks for the nice plugin of yours. Everything seems to look and work fine on my website.
    I just have a small issue. When i click an image, the lightbox appears but the picture does not? It stays on loading and that’s it.

    Is there any chance you give me a little help here?

    Hello Spsmr,

    If your theme has pre-loader functionality then you can apply preloader icon before page completely loads. We also, try to find out any solution for that, but not confirm how much time it will take. Thanks for using plugin and appreciation about our work.

    Thanks for the quick response.
    I don’t find any pre-loader though.
    The problem still does appear.

    Hope you can share some solution. I can give my admin and pass so you can check
    by yourself, if you’d like to of course.
