    Hi,
    Sorry that you are having this but this might be due to a js conflict with the Swipebox and our Popup form.

    I’d recommend to use our Popup forms on pages where you do not have the above lightbox present to avoid further issues.

    We’ll look into this for future updates to our plugin.
