Lightbox and Lazy Load Not Working

    Hi there,

    I am trying to work out why the light box and lazy load feature is not working.

    • Lightbox doesn’t trigger when clicked. Instead, a new window opens taking you to my Instagram page.
    • Lazy load simply doesn’t work.

    Any ideas what may cause both to fail? I am using a very simple starter theme – Bootscore 5.1.3.1 (Latest) and I have ruled out any plugin conflicts.

    I think it may be ajax related coming from my WooCommerce installation. I can get the lightbox working with the following script but the lightbox loads with a message ‘Content not found.’

    jQuery(document).ready(function () {
		jQuery('.zoom-instagram-link').magnificPopup();
});

    If you can offer any advice I would really appreciate it.

    Could you please update the plugin to the latest version and check if the lightbox works fine now?

    Unfortunately not, it hasn’t made a difference at all. Any ideas where I should look for the problem?

    Hi @jaxxxk, could you share the link of the website, please. This will be very helpful to check what wrong with the widget.

    I listed bellow some ideas, maybe will help you.

    1. Please, remove the JS code you added.
    2. The JS code which inits the lazyload and lightbox is in the js->instagram-widget.js file, check if it is loaded on the page.
    3. The widget container should have classnames as “widget zoom-instagram-widget” sometimes the widget classname can be replaced by other plugins.
