Lightbox 2 working in Chrome/Safari but not in Explorer/Firefox

We are not exactly sure when this issue started, however our websites lighbox functionality has stopped working properly in both Explorer and Firefox. It works perfectly in Safari and Chrome.

After you get past the welcome splash screen, we have our logo surrounded by 4 site navigation icons. When you click on one of the second tier icons, a lightbox pops up and is supposed to display content. In the Explorer and Firefox, the lightbox pops up blank and displays no content. Any ideas?
