Please go to Appearance > Customize > General option > Performance, from here make sure to lightbox option should not be disabled.

In addition, Would you be so kind and go to Elementor > System Info and share the report with us so that we can take a look?

Under Appearance > Customize > General option > , there is no performance option. The options are general styling, general settings, page title, scroll to top, pagination, forms, theme button.

Feature under “Appearance > Customize > General option > Performance” was added from version 3.0.3. But I can see you are using an old version of the theme. If you update the theme to the latest version, then you will see this option: https://i.postimg.cc/CMWPbwKq/image.png.

Please note:
Since you haven’t been updating for a while. First, get a full backup from your website. Then update WordPress to the latest version.
Now, please switch the theme to the default theme like TwentyNineteen and deactivate all plugins. Then head over to WP Dashboard > Updates, wait for updates to start appearing(you can use the “Check Again” link to force checking the updates), then update themes and update plugins you have. Now back to the appearance > themes and activate OceanWP theme. After that, head over to the Plugins menu and activate plugins one by one.

Hi Shahin,
I followed the steps and got the performance menu is showing up. But the box disable lightbox was not flogged here. Which means the lightbox function is active. But still the lightbox is not showing up.
