    The charts lines are drawn the same as in the English version, but it does not really make a difference; they can still be interpreted correctly either way, unlike the arrows which are confusing.

    If you could fix both, it’d be great. Otherwise, just try with the arrows. You can test with the RTL Tester plugin.
