Hello, I love this plugin I use it on a site I made a little while back melissajachetti.com

Now I am trying to utilize SLB for a new website I am making that is currently under maintenance mode.

I am using the responsive theme.

On the particular page I am trying to use SLB an error now appears:

    Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request

On this page I have a sidebar that utilizes the “per page sidebar” plug in. In addition I also have the Black Studio Tiny MCE in the widget area with a gallery utilizing the Responsive Gallery Grid. On top of that I would like to use SLB so that the images don’t load on their own page. I have went into SBL settings and checked the use in widget box.

Am I trying to do too much? On the former website, I mentioned earlier I use Responsive Gallery Grid and SLB together and it works fine. Thank you in advance for your help.

Unfortunately a 500 server error basically means that the cause of the error is unknown, so there’s no clear reason why you’re receiving this error.

The first thing before viewing the page again is to clear your browser’s cache completely and then refresh the page. Sometimes an issue is temporary but the cached error page will remain in your browser.

If you still see the error page after clearing your browser’s cache, then it is possible that there is a conflict between plugins. My recommendation would be to deactivate all plugins and activate each plugin individually (clearing the browser’s cache and refreshing the page each time). When the error reappears, the last plugin you activated is involved in the issue you are experiencing.

Also, my suggestion would be activate SLB first to confirm that there are no conflicts between the theme and SLB.

Let me know if you get along.
