light box issue

Hi, I am using the latest version of this plugin with twenty twelve theme.I have an issue regarding this plugin. when I click on the thumbnail of the galley, it does not open the light box but only image in jpg format. I have tried it many time but the problem is still there. can any one guide me how can I fix this issues. here is my gallery with image thumbnail:
