light box area padding?

You can add this to your Child Theme style.css file, or using this Custom CSS plugin.

.ug-lightbox-arrow-left {
    left: 25% !important;
}
.ug-lightbox-arrow-right {
    left: auto !important;
    right: 25%;
}
