Light a candle

I’m making a memorial section on my site and I would like a virtual candle where people can light a candle (gif picture) and leave their messages prayer of condolences…
I was trying a different scripts and php… but nothing works like I will like too
because I’m not so good in programming.

I was hoping that I can use WordPress to do the trick I installed a new version of Word Press but I can make it work ??
Is this possible ?
I need only 3 or 4 links in my menu
1 INFO: about light a candle maybe with a help how to do that
2 LIGHT A CANDLE: where users can add a post but the candle “candle.gif” will have to be added to the post and shown automatically the user will be able ONLY to write a small prayer of course there will not be option for other users to add comment
The think is also that the next “candle” post will have to be added on the same page
3 SEARCH CANDLE where the user will be able to search candle by name or prayer…
