I have very weird problem. LifterLMS does not work with WP 5.6 setup. If I add course, it does not add any course blocks to it. If I add lecture, it is public! This is very bad problem.

I guess that this is due to fact that this is old WordPress install which has had many plugins and setups earlier. E.g. There has been Sensei and Woo installations and much more. I have deleted the plugins but it does not help. When I installed Lifter it revealed some old course which I believe comes from Sensei (or what ever)…

I guess that the best option is now to make a completely new WP install and Lifter install and copy all the data from the old install to this new one…

Is this known issue? Any experience on this? Recommendations?

    Regards
    Marko

    Hi @markmy

No, this is not a known issue. Are you sure Sensei was completely uninstalled? Did you check this box in the settings page:

By data what do you mean? Do you want to copy data from Sensei to LifterLMS? If this is what you’re trying to achieve then I’m not sure that is possible.

If not, it may be best to actually make a new WP install.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thank you ??

Thank you! I was able to reinstall Sensei and delete data from there. After that I deleted Lifter data (with config define()) and reinstalled Lifter. Now it works ??

Only course and lesson gutenberg blocks do not come automatically… I guess the DIVI theme might cause this? Well, I can always add them manually by searching the right block from gutenberg editor.

    Thanks!
