    I have a issue that keeps happening to my customers. When a customer enrolls into a course then goes to their dashboard to view the course, they are redirected to the product page again and asked to add to cart. Even though they already went through the checkout and enrolled in the course.

    My temporary fix for them is to have them clear their browsers history, refresh the page, then log back in. After that the course works fine.

    How can I have Lifter LMS not cache the courses so customers can access them after enrollment?

    Some more info.
    I have no cache plugins on my site so it’s not a 3rd party issue.
    The problem is there for paid and free courses.
    I have tried enrolling in courses with several different browsers and still have the same issue on them all.

  • @rawtech,

    LifterLMS does not have any page caching built in so I’m not certain that’s the issue.

    Are you on a WordPress managed host that has caching enabled on the server level? If so I’d consider disabling caching there.

    I’d like to take a look at the site if you could provide a link

    Thanks,

    I recently migrated hosting from GoDaddy to InMotion Hosting. I’m not sure if caching is enabled at the server level but the same issue has been happening with both hosting accounts.

    My website is https://rawtechniquestudios.com/

    @rawtech,

    I see you have WooCommerce which means you have access to pro support at https://lifterlms.com/my-account/my-tickets, could you please open a new ticket with us there and reference this thread and provide us with a copy of your system report as well as admin credentials so I can login and create a coupon and register a test student through checkout to see if I can identify (and ultimately help resolve) the issue.

    Thanks,

    I called my hosting company and they cleared the HTaccess file and now it works! Guess there was some caching inside of that. Thank you for the help.

    @rawtech,

    Great to hear!
