    Thanks for your kind feedback. The EU VAT Assistant is one of the most complex plugins we released, and we have been asked multiple times why we don’t make it a paid product. The reason is that these new EU VAT regulations are absurdly complicated, and we wanted to help as many merchants as possible to become compliant, without having to give up their independent WooCommerce shop and without having to spend thousands of dollars writing their own solution.

    Since the VAT situation is becoming more complicated by the day, we will review the plugin periodically, to ensure that it can cover as many cases as possible.
