  • I like the idea for your site. It’s looking good.

    I’d check out your image slider. It looks like one of the images is blank. Also, the image with the text, I’d re-size the original to the same as the other photos. The text won’t blurry that way, and it won’t re-size the slider as you go through it.

    Thank you very much for this reply, I will have a look at fixing all of them.

    Awesome Website! really is nice!

    -I would increase the font size of your navigation maybe by like 2px.

    -Also add some pictures to your blog post. (Use the creative commons library at flickr.com

    -Have a call-to-action on your front page, like subscribe to newsletter or something so that visitors can get updates for new blogpost (use mailchimp for that).

    -Have a picture of yourself on your about page. It would help readers connect to your blog on a more personal level.

    Thank you for the feed back, I am slowly working on improving everything. At the start making minor changes can take a while because I am still learning how to use WordPress. I really appreciate your tips and I will do my best to improve on those areas

    Yes, above idea is true. You need to increase your nav menu font size.

    – You can use this custom css code to make it:

    #nav-main ul.sf-menu a {
    font-size: 16px;
    }

    – Also, using of uppercase text a good practice in the menus for photography sites:

    #nav-main ul.sf-menu a {
    text-transform: uppercase;
    }
