I love the Live Traffic monitoring of WF. I use it regularily to watch for issues with my website.

I use more than one type of external monitoring/caching services to monitor my website. I don’t need these to show up in my logs.

The option to Ignore a UserAgent doesn’t appear to allow multiple agents. It would be best if it would also allow a commma separated list of UserAgents to ignore.

Am I missing something? I’m surprised no one else has had this same request.

i.e. Ignore both loader.io and Ahrefs UserAgents

Hi @compking, thanks for getting in touch.

You are correct that the Wordfence > All Options > Tool Options > Browser user-agent to ignore only accepts one value, even if you include a comma-separated list. Live Traffic advanced filters can be utilized to exclude or include multiple user-agent values but I appreciate this isn’t really what you’re after.

It’s true that your request is the first I’ve seen to expand this option, but all suggestions are discussed and put forward for potential product development. Naturally I can’t commit to timescales or promise delivery of a feature here on the forums.

    Thanks again,

    Peter.
