Life Saver – Love this Plugin

I was looking for a plugin that would allow me to feed in the Gravity Form Entries in Fresh Desk and I finally found one. I was also using Zapier and it didn’t do everything we needed it to do. I have some feature requests if possible:

1. Make it possible to support all Gravity Form Field Types. I know their are many of them but I think some of the 3rd party ones are not supported, I know this is a difficult one so do your best. I guess you guys can do it on a per request basis?

2. Some simple Stats module where we can see how many feed items were sent out, when, where, how, etc. That would be a really nice feature. I know that this may be a premium feature but I would be very happy to pay for it if you can add it for us.
