Licensing restrictions for themes

    Hello!

    I have a question about licensing. If I am utilizing and modifying a theme from WordPress for a community that I am charging for, is that ok? Does that pose any problems under the GPL licensing restrictions?

    I also have another question. If I find a premium theme in WordPress.com, can I utilize that theme even if I am not using it under WordPress.com? If I am using it for my own hosted site through www.remarpro.com, can I still use the theme found in WordPress.com?
