Licensing error?

    My pro installation of PrettyLinks is suddenly only showing lite features and has the message at the top: “You’re using Pretty Links Lite. To unlock more features, consider upgrading to Pro.”

    My license is expired, but in the FAQ it says: “So if your license expires, you’ll be encouraged to renew Pretty Links. Don’t worry though, the pretty links you’ve created will continue working, and you’ll have access to all other features (core and premium) as long as Pretty Links is installed. Also, don’t forget that our support team is always here to ensure you’re well taken care of.”

    When I try to re-enter my licence code, it says: ERROR: This License Key was either not found or was invalid”

    What has gone wrong? How can I get my pro features back? Thanks!
