Licensed support quandary

Purchased the license for the Pro version via WordPress.com interface, and the plugin when installed shows managed by host. Have an issue thatq needs support, but I don’t know who actually is supporting it. Never received a login for The Events Calendar website, so cannot open a ticket there. WordPress.com support shows it as a third-party plugin and says they will not support it. This is a paid version and was partly made decision to purchase because it was advertised with premium support. So who actually will support it, and how do I access that support?
