License Validation and Support

I am using a real cron job (WP-Cron Disabled) to trigger wp-cron and is working well. The only problem I am having is the license activation for Product Feed Elite expires every day and I must activate it in the settings tab. After I submit license activation, the page comes back with a “License already active”. Any suggestions? The feeds are working fine.

Also, the support ticketing system is not working on your new site. The links go in a circle and do not lead to a ticketing page.
