    Hi @laura,

That’s Strange! Could you please confirm whether previously you were using Smart Manager Pro and then after license expiry the plugin got converted to Lite and hence the message.

Would suggest you to kindly once deactivate and delete Smart Manager Lite from your site and then re-install and activate the same and then have a recheck with the issue.

If still the issue persists, then request you to kindly get back to us at ‘support(at)storeapps(dot)org’ along with short issue description and we would assist you with the same.

Nice how this is marked resolved when it isn’t..

I have no record of ever purchasing the product; it worked fine as a free version for a year and now it is asking me to pay for it to get the same features.

If you’re going to change your payment structure mid-stream, you should warn your users that something they are accustomed to getting for free is now no longer free. I think you should also make clear on your wordpress plugin page that the “Lite” version is a demo. As it is written now, it seems dishonest.

As you see from my screenshot posted a week ago – if my license was about to expire in 13 days, then why is it already the lite version? If I had the pro version at any point, then the almost-expiry notice would still show me as having a Pro version installed.

I’m posting this here instead of writing to you in an email to let others know that this thread is marked resolved, but it has not been resolved.

    Hi @laura,

Firstly, would like to update you that you can use Smart Manager Lite (Free) version for unlimited period and you need not pay anything for using the same.

Further, if you have never purchased the Smart Manager Pro (Paid) version, you shouldn’t have seen the same renewal message. However, as you are seeing the same message inspite of using the Lite (Free) version, we would request you to kindly send us copy of the Smart Manager Lite plugin installed on your site at ‘support(at)storeapps(dot)org’, so that we can investigate into the same issue and resolve the same.

Also, we do have a standard of replying to the support tickets that we receive on both ‘support(at)storeapps(dot)org’ & WordPress support forums within a time span of 24 hours (except weekends).

So, if you had created a support ticket simply by mailing us your queries at ‘support(at)storeapps(dot)org’, you should have received a reply from our end. As you are unable to find our reply, could you please have a check with the ‘spam’ folder of your mailbox and also recheck that you had sent the mail to the correct email id i.e. ‘support(at)storeapps(dot)org’. If still you are unable to find any of our replies, then request you to kindly get back to us with the email id with which you had sent us the mail at ‘support(at)storeapps(dot)org’, so that we can have a check with the same.
