License Manager API – Get License Key by user_id

    Using the License Manager API, I would like to get a list of license keys by user_id.
    The License Manager API only provides a way to get all license keys from ALL users. The internal API provides a way to get a list of license keys by user_id, but the license keys are encrypted! Is there a work around for this?
