    Hi! First of all – great plugin – we use it for some time already and it worked very nice. Unforunately lately we noticed some issues with license keys not being added to an email send when an order is complete. We need to manually re-send emails to our clients. It looks like there is no logic in the way it works now – some keys are added, some doesn’t, some client receive only part of their order (for example one key instead of two). I would appreciate any help in this matter ??

    You have to enable these starting 3,4 fields in the My Account order status tab.

    In a solution you suggest clients will get license keys before they pay for them (for example via bank transfer). This is not something we can do. License keys should be attached to an email only when the payment is fullfilled.

    In your website settings, you set when an order will mark as completed then the user will receive keys so I suggest you enable other checks also.

    For more details you can read order status docs here.

    We set only the completed box, beacuse that is what we intend. If we send keys before payment, someone can use software without paying for it – that conctradicts the idea of paid software. Do you have other suggestions?

    @jedikama

    Your order status will be on processing when you received the order, you have to manually complete the order then the user will receive keys or you can change order Status settings, for more details you can read the docs here.

    Thanks

    So basically your suggestion is for us to complete orders manually? That’s not a solution, that’s a workaround. We figured that out and already send keys manually since the problem appeared. The idea is to have it all done automatically, like it was before. I assume that you have no idea what happened, what is the cause of the problem and you can not even indicate where should i look to resolve the issue. So thank you for your help, I will search for it myself.

    @jedikama

    Let me clear there are two options:

    1: Plugin Order Status setting: if you enable the checks “Processing” and “Completed” then if the user will order and order will be on Processing mode or Completed mode then he will receive Keys without any manual order completion process.

    2: If the Order status screen check enables only “Completed” then if the user orders the product and the product will be on processing then the admin needs to go to Woocommerce orders and mark the order as completed then the user will receive keys.

    Thanks

    @jedikama

    You can use This Code to set Auto Complete Paid Orders.

    Maybe i wasn’t clear, but we already have a solution that completes orders automatically implemented and it worked perfectly together with your plugin for few years. The issue, like i sad at the beginning, is not with order status but with license keys being attached to an email unproperly. When the status order is changed to completed (automatically) not every email contains license keys, some have just part of them (one instead of two), some get all.

    @jedikama

    I understand but I am not unable to reproduce the mentioned issue on our staging sites. It seems like the theme or some other plugin is conflicting with the Our plugin Can you change the theme to WordPress default 2022 or deactivate the plugins one by one and check if the issue still persists or not.

    Also, share the plugin names you are using.

    Thanks

    We haven’t heard from you so we’re going to mark this thread as resolved. Feel free to open a new one if you need it.

    Thanks
