    I’ve purchased your $30 license and have still not received the user license. I have sent several emails to your support and the email on the paypal receipt. I have not heard back. Paypal receipt number: 3299-7860-9667-3445

    It is completely unreasonable for us to have to use the WordPress.com forum to get in touch with you.

    If we don’t hear from you we’d at minimum like a refund for not receiving proper access to the product. We would like a response to our emails ASAP.
