My client just purchased SliceWP Pro. I’ve installed Core and the Pro extension on his website. I entered the license key and clicked ‘Register’. It says it was successful and that the site is registered.

In the dashboard at slicewp.com it also shows the website as being registered. However, in the WPSlice WordPress settings under ‘Affiliate Fields’ it is saying that it is a Pro feature, as if the version of SliceWP we’re running isn’t activated as Pro.

I don’t see any options in the settings for more than one tier of affiliates either, so it would seem that entering the license key has not unlocked the Pro version for some reason.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @simeoncn,

Thank you for reaching out! Considering that this is a question about our Pro product, please contact us via our website (here: https://slicewp.com/contact/#gf_3).

These forums are public and on them we can only respond to queries about our core free plugin.

Once you contact us via our website, I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Also, please provide a screenshot from your WordPress admin area > Plugins > Installed Plugins so that I can see which SliceWP plugins you have installed. From the sound of your ticket either something is missing or the plugin versions are not up to date.

    Thank you and best wishes,

    Mihai

Reason I was here is because clicking ‘Open Ticket’ in my SliceWP dashboard sent me here!
