License Key not Working

All of a sudden my license key isn’t working after three months of using it. It is supposed to be good for a year. They told me to download 2.2.0. The link wasn’t on their site. I told them it wasn’t. They finally updated the link. I’ve reinstalled the plugin twice. It still doesn’t work.

No matter what I say, they keep asking me for admin access to “properly configure” the plugin. Is no one besides me bothered by this? You shouldn’t need to give someone admin access to install a plugin. All I need is a license key that works.

Very frustrated with the whole thing.
