License Key Is Not Valid

  • Hi,
    I have just purchased MoneyPress : Amazon Edition Pro Pack
    And when I tried to activate the License Key it came back as
    The key 3X640821F77639408 could not be validated.

    Paypal Transaction : 7KG06374J4684603L

    I downloaded the free version last night and is working great but I needed the upgrade for customization purposes. Love this plugin and if there was an option for it to update the posts/pages with new products it would be even better ??

    If you could send me an new transaction number as soon as possible that would be awesome.

    I tried that and I was directed back here, I did try and send and email but wasnt accepted.

    Email sent to me that is a support question will be directed to the forums without a response unless you have purchased a paid support response. Premium add-on purchases DO NOT come with free email support.

    And as a paying customer I am not a happy camper with the thought of having to pay for support on a product Ive already purchased !!
    And now I dont know how long it will take for a response as it is the weekend and his hours of business are as stringent as his support fees

    I hear ya, imga. Absolutely NO SUPPORT after purchasing a premium addon. It’s ridiculous. We pay for software that don’t work. I suppose Lance would rather hand out refunds and hope the number that don’t demand refunds outnumber new orders.

    Great business model there.
