License Key Disappeared & Cannot Re-Enter

    Hello.

    The license key was correctly entered for the pro version. Accepted. Worked.

    Apparently disappeared.

    Got from my account info from your site. Re-entered. It does not accept.

    Locked out of the program.

    Boxes presently on my site still appear. When entering email address… automatic download works of an intro ebook I set up. However, it fails to capture email address.

    I paid for an ad to run that comes out tomorrow. If my email capture fails… it’s a major problem. My purpose in purchase was to have all things prepared for when my advertisement runs in the newspaper.

    **If it helps, the issue occurred immediately after briefly showing a storewide message through Woocommerce. I have no way of knowing if that “triggered” the issue. I can only note the timing coincided as if it was a triggering event (doesn’t mean it really was of course).

    **Though it’s a major problem, my attitude is such that I am laughing. Because I did all this work to have my site ready for an ad… LOL… and I hope this is an ez fix… otherwise, LOL, I’m going to have to redo my site. In less than 24 hours. LOL What can I do but laugh?? ??

    Though it erased the boxes I had already created and linked throughout my site on different pages/posts/widgets… and all the work I had already done… I uninstalled. Reinstalled.

    Still does not take the activation key on the pro version.

    Program does not work.

    Please advise.

    Hi Ram,

    Just responding to you publicly here… so others can see this. I thank you for your wonderful service. I have many, many plugins on my site… and I presume I had a plugin conflict arise. ??

    I went back to the free version, which I much appreciate.

    I am not able to further investigate the matter with the pro version and whatever plugin conflict I may have. Because of my advertising program starting…. the necessity to “leave things as they are”.

    I think your plug in is wonderful… and the free version is also great. The pro version had things I truly liked, my work schedule simply doesn’t allow for me to further review the matter. Using your wonderful free version.

    Will try to come back to this in a different season. Appreciate your work and help!
