License Information

Hi,

I purchased the premium version almost four years ago and don’t remember going through your website as it is now. I got a generous academic discount and the .zip file of the premium version was emailed to me directly. I did not download it from any site and don’t remember getting a license number or similar details. I haven’t received any updates since the original installation (Version 4.5). I guess that’s how it was during the early days. I tried to login to the plugin site and true enough I do not have an account. I have used the premium version without any issue. But now I am trying to test WP Gutenberg and can’t find the Articulate embed icon. I have contacted support, but was not able to furnish a license number to prove that I am a premium user. Any guidance on this, especially with respect to the Gutenberg issue? Thanks so much.
