License Exit Intent not found

Hi,

I purchased Exit Intent but can’t find a license key in the invoice or anywhere else.
And…
When I click the link in the purchase receipt (https://sygnoos.ladesk.com/235213-Popup-Builder) the landing page says “Your account has been suspended!”.

So, how can I get the Exit Intent working?
