    Hello,

    I tried to reach the support on your website, but I can’t send any message. There’s an error …

    So I try here !

    I can’t put my license on the pro version, it say “invalid license”. I only receive one by mail, so I think it’s the right one ?

    Do you know why it’s not working ? The license start with “bountyXXXXXXXXXXXXX”

    Thanks for getting in touch.
    Please reach out to your hosting administrators to allow outgoing connections to https://www.cartbounty.com as it is the location of our Licensing server.
    Seems like your domain is blocking any connections to our server and that is also the reason no emails are reaching us.

    that’s weird because there is no firewall …

    in secupress, I have no request or anything going to https://www.cartbounty.com !
