License doesn’t seem to be active

  • I’m having a few issues and I’m not sure if it’s because my license isn’t active. For a previous support issue, I uninstalled and reinstalled Media Folders Library Pro. When I go to put the license in the settings of the plugin, I click the Activate button but nothing seems to change. The button continues to say Activate. I’m pretty sure it’s supposed to say Active. Also, when I log in to my MaxGalleria account, the Media Library Folders Pro S3 500 Files shows as inactive.

    The real issue I’m having is that when I go to add a featured image to a post in WP, the Media Library Folders Pro folders don’t show up to pull an image from. I’m wondering if the inactive license has something to do with that.
