• Without touching any actual settings I seem to have lost my activation/license key while browsing the plugin settings.

    The plugin went from licensed to unlicensed. I also discovered a new message saying that the activation key could not be validated…

    Any idea how I can recover the key or what might have caused this error?

    Also, it seems to have resulted in the map not showing.

    I’m running Store Locator Plus 3.0.7 on WP 3.5.1.

    You need to upgrade. CSA does not support the older versions from Cyber Sprocket.

    Could multiple installations of the same plugin cause it to crash on other sites?

    It seems that this all happened as I was setting the plugin up on a development site?

    Same is happening for me on my site. I had it installed in two locations and it disappeared on the second install. The initial location was the development site, and the second location is the actual live site.

    How can this issue be resolved? We were supposed to launch today and this has thrown a huge wrench in our plans.

    If you are not running a recent version (preferably 3.9 but anything newer than 3.8) the license keys will not work. Legacy products talk to the now-defunct Cyber Sprocket servers.

    We are running the latest version. We updated the other day.

    And the license key just “went away”? There is ZERO connection between the two. Send your order # or email address you used to process the order at https://www.charlestonsw.com/mindset/contact-us/ and I will see if the license is active. It should be unless someone asked for a refund.
