    Hi, I purchased the three site package for all extensions (order no #7370673).

    My initial site is working fine. However, when I try to use the plugin and extensions on a second site it is trying to charge me again for the extensions.

    I have checked all the email I received at time of purchae and cannot see any emailed details of licence codes etc.

    How do I activate the extensions on my second and third installations of your plug in?

    Hi,
    hmm can you let me know what do you mean by “it is trying to charge me again for the extensions”? Do you mean that the “Get this addon” buttons show in wp-admin / Options panel? If so then this is because the extensions are not installed on the second site. You would need to download them from your client panel and then upload and activate the ones you would like to use from wp-admin / Plugins / Add New / Upload panel.
