License cannot be activated

  • Hello,
    We are using free Caldera Forms and have purchased the Stripe module.
    We have declared our site on our Caldera customer account, downloaded, uploaded and installed the extension on our site. Our site therefore asks us to activate the license by the license manager.
    However, this does not detect any license and the clickable ‘Add license’ button has no effect.
    How can we activate this license?
