Licence Key Won’t Save

    I’ve raised this issue with your online support but unfortunately when I try to view the thread to add to it I can’t as an error page appears.

    My customer bought the licence yesterday for this and I have updated to the lastest version. When I try to add the licence key it hangs on a loading page but goes no further. Error log is showing the following when I try to add int he licence key:
