    I have a following problem:

The licence key does not print out in the customer’s ‘Order Complete’ email. In this email the header ‘Your license key(s)’ is visible and other typical information related to the order.

However the licence key is visible/printed out right after order confirmation/payment web page appears.

Also the licence key prints out well in the ‘New Order for Admin’ email, which is almost identical in the context with ‘Order Complete’.

Any idea what could be the problem?

  • Hello @smaatta

    That is strange…

It could be a conflict with another plugin. Have you tried disabling other plugins to test if this could be a plugin conflict?

    Hello Drazen,

yes I tried to disable other plugins which are related to Woocommerce, but no help.

If I de-select “Virtual” and “Downloadable” in Woocommerce product details and in License Manager settings enable to send the keys also with “Order Processing” along with “Completed”:
    1. Order confirmation web page prints out keys – ok!
    2. Email (order is process notification) arrives with the keys – ok !
    3. When manually changing the order to completed – email arrives with the keys – ok!

Any ideas where to look cause why automatic email confirmation order completed does not show the keys?

Try to check the product as Virtual and Downloadable. In the settings for license key delivery, leave only the “Completed” status. Does it work then?

    Hi,

thanks for advise. This did not help.

What I did – I deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce and License Manager, after which tested and noticed this still does not work. I deactivated and reactivated Woocommerce and tested – now it worked!

After this I started to activate all the plugins and tested – not working! Second deactivation procedure I addressed to only Woocommerce plugin – off and back on. Again it started to Work!!!

At the moment I do not know which plugin causes this, but now I know that after every new plugin installation or update I have to test and probably deactivate/activate Woocommerce plugin.

@smaatta Do you still have this issue or did you manage to fix it?

No – I do not have the issue anymore. Somehow it “fixed” after deactivating/reactivating WooCommerce. After that I have updated plugins and still this is working fine!

@smaatta Glad to hear! I’ll mark this as resolved then.
