    Hi,
    I have been using the customer review plugin for many years on multiple sites.
    Everything has been working well until now.
    I logged into one of my sites and noticed the plugin had stopped sending review reminders last month on a few of my sites?
    I had to get a license number for the free version to reactivate the plugin.
    I have hundreds of orders where a review email has not been sent out, is there a way of manually sending the review reminders?

    Hi Dan,

    Thank you for reaching out!

    A license key is not required to use the plugin itself. However, it is needed if you wish to send review invitations via CusRev.com and publish copies of reviews on CusRev.com. You can control it with the ‘Verified Reviews’ option in the plugin’s settings (Reviews > Settings > Review Reminder).

    For manually sending review reminders, you can follow the steps outlined in this guide: How to Manually Send ReviewReminders. This should help you catch up on any missed orders.
