licence issue on premium theme

If it is a premium theme, then you should contact the developer of the theme. Check line 19 of that file anyways, there must be some issue with it.

Its a jigoshop theme

line 19 of content/plugins/jigoshop/classes/jigoshop licence validator.class.php

is class jigoshop_licence_validator

Seems the theme can not validate the licence key
