Thanks for reaching out to us. It sounds like you may have been a Pro user if you had a license at one point. I don’t know how long it’s been, but please note the following:
When you don’t renew your subscription, you will no longer be able to update Elementor Pro or add Pro features to your site, and you may only have limited access to existing Pro features. Anything that is part of the free version of Elementor will continue to function and you are free to continue updating this version.?
If you make changes to any of the existing Pro widgets on the site, there is a possibility that they will not work as intended. Be sure to create a backup of the site before making these kinds of changes.
If you are inquiring about re-activating your license, please visit my.elementor.com and open a ticket as www.remarpro.com rules state that commercial products are not supported here.
