• I’m adapting Libre2 using a child theme on a local server, and have multiple questions.

The demo page https://libredemo.wordpress.com shows a page of posts. Either a photo or text is visible depending on which posts have images added to the main body text.

My post page isn’t doing that, however. I tried adding an image at the top of the post as well as added a “Featured Image,” but the images aren’t showing — just text. Any suggestions?

Also, I have Jetpack’s Portfolio option enabled, and I’d like to make a portfolio page that resembles the posts page. But on this portfolio page, not only is the same missing image problem happening, but the font size of the site title is oddly enlarged.

    I’m stumped. Thanks!

OK – solved half of problem. There’s a setting in Customize>Content Options where you can check or uncheck “Display featured images on blog and archives.”

However, the on all my Archives pages, including an archive for a Portfolio Project type, the same issue with the site title is happening — it’s enlarged from the default look of Libre2’s other pages.

    So, still open for solutions.

Hi there – this is the demo for Libre 2:

    https://libre2demo.wordpress.com/

Libre 2 is a slight refresh of the original Libre theme, and is not available here on www.remarpro.com. Did you download a copy from WordPress.com?

However, the on all my Archives pages, including an archive for a Portfolio Project type, the same issue with the site title is happening — it’s enlarged from the default look of Libre2’s other pages.

Does the problem happen on category and date archives too, or just the portfolio archive? What’s the slug of your localhost project archive – is it mylocalhost.com/portfolio where mylocalhost.com is your local path?

Could you provide a screenshot of the title size issue? Here’s a guide on how to make a screenshot:
    https://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/

You can upload the screenshot – in a graphic format like JPG, PNG, or PDF – in your Media Library, and provide a link so I can see it, or upload it with a service like Cloudup, Imgur or Snaggy.

Kathryn, thank you so much. I did download Libre2 from wordpress.com.

Yes, the title enlargement occurs on date and author archives for regular posts as well as on my portfolio, which is indeed at mylocalhost.com/portfolio. The enlargement is also occurring at mylocalhost.com/project-type/exhibits/

Here are a screen shots, including the home page with normal title: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/t6rqagkrvu45579/AAC0cdy1BOv6pzj976-3WXE2a?dl=0
