Library of images empty since update (21/09/15)

  • Exact same issue here. I deactivated all the plugins then reactivated only awesome support and the media library is blank, Nothing shows to search themes and the upload theme button doesn’t work.
    Updated to latest version that was released recently, so there appears to be a bug?

    I have the same problem… This issue seems to be caused by the most recent update that was released. You’ll also notice that your drop-down and scroll-over menus don’t work.

    Problem was identified as a conflict with one of the plugin dependencies. We are working on fixing it and an update will be released asap.

    In addition to this, when Awesome Support is active the WP Admin sidebar mouse-over function doesn’t work. When you hover over an item like Media the horizontal sub-menus do not appear.
